The Gherkin are delighted to announce that the most anticipated games of the 2015 Rugby World Cup – England vs Australia and Wales will be screened live at the top of the iconic Gherkin! As well as the Quarter and Semi Matches.
Group Matches:
Saturday 26th September – 8pm England v Wales
Saturday 3rd October – 8pm England v Australia
Arrival drink and canapés, 3 course meal with the match streamed live in the iconic bar located at the top of the building – £100 per person
Quarter Final weekend:
Sunday 18th October – 4pm and 8pm kick off
Arrival drink and canapés, 3 course meal and “match snacks” for second game
£150 per person – this will include 2 matches screened at the top of the iconic Gherkin!
Semi Final weekend:
Sunday 25th October – 4pm kick off
Arrival drink and canapés, 3 course meal and match screened live at the top of the building £150 per person

The minimum group size is a total of 6 guests and the maximum amount can be discussed with the reservations team.

To celebrate this year’s imminent tournament, the Royal Docks venue has created three viewing packages.
The Gold package includes:
A screening in its auditorium or a private room, a three-course pre-match dinner, and unlimited drinks for £75pp +VAT. More informal options are the Silver and Bronze packages, where pre-match sliders and bar snacks accompany the screenings.
Already got tickets to one of the Olympic Stadium matches? Well, book a pre-match dinner at the venue and you’ll get free transport to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park – now that’s a way to avoid the scrum.
